• Prohibited Actions: You may not misuse our services, including unauthorized access, disruption, or violating others rights. Scraping or circumventing technical measures is strictly prohibited.

• Our Rights: We retain all rights to our platform, including trademarks, logos, and proprietary technology.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. We will attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If unresolved within one month, disputes will be referred to arbitration at the Zuba Magistrate Court in Abuja, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. The Arbitrators decision will be binding, with the arbitration venue in Abuja, Nigeria. Each party bears its own costs.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to you, and your continued use of the services signifies your acceptance of the changes.
